I tried multiple times to pair a fibaro FGK001 door contact sensor but I never got it to work on my Homey (even while keeping the module within 10cm of the box and new battery).
So I tried it on a jeedom box and it was recognized immedialtly and I could also remove it with no problem.
It is not the first problem I have with zwave devices on the Homey : issue with a smoke detector staying in alarm, issue with a wall-plug located within 8m of the box with no hard wall in between, …
Could it be a homey zwave hardware issue ?
Or any other idea ?
How to contact Homey support for that ?
