I installed my Homey pro at home iun the netherlands and everything worked fine. then I took the Homey to my holliday house in the caribbean and connected it to the wifi, but i can’t reach my homey pro anymore from abroad. what could be the problem?
Hard to say… could be offline, crashed, you might have connectivity blocked… multiple reasons. This is why I have some separate monitoring in place just for those cases.
What Homey Developer Tools shows you ?
Anyway, if you contact Athom Support, they could tell you more as well.
