I try to connect the google hub Max with my homey pro. But it is not working. When I select the hub max in the nest app. I need to connect with my google account. Then I see a message that there is no device that works with Homey. I there somebody with the same problem and can fix it?
When you work with the phone app, try using the web app for adding the hub max.
Sometimes things work only on one of them.
I tryed, but is also not working. It says that there is no device that can communicate with homey.
I have a Google Nest Hub Max in my office. It is connected to my Google account and works fine. I have the Google Nest app installed on my Homey Pro (2023). Through this app, I’m able to connect my Nest Doorbell and Nest Cam just fine. However, no matter what I do, it won’t add the Nest Hub Max. When I go to add the device, it briefly says “New devices found!” and then quickly goes to “No new devices found.” Is there something I’m doing wrong? I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Nest app in Homey and have also restarted Homey. Nothing seems to make the Nest Hub Max appear as an available device.
Did you try to add it with the web app? Or with the phone or tablet app?
Sometimes if one does not work it will with the other method.

Worth a shot: Are both devices connected to the same subnet?
Might sound obvious, but I’ve read a lot of “won’t works” (in general), because Homey appeared to be connected to an other subnet.

Same issue here. Both web client as app won’t allow me to configure Google Hub Max since it does not appear.
Just to confirm, is the Nest Hub Max no longer able to be added through the Google Nest App for Homey? If that’s the case, I’ll pass it along to the development team for review.
That is correct. You can not connect the max hub via the nest app. You can only add the max hub via the google chromecast app. At this moment I’m also in contact with someone from homey.
We ordered a Nest Hub Max to do some internal testing. Unfortunately didn’t have a sample at the office.

Hello again. I was able to get my Nest Hub Max added through the official Google Nest app! It turned out my problem was that the Nest Hub Max was not being added to my Google account correctly because it was still connected to another Google account. I don’t know how I was able to get it into the Google Home app when it was still technically connected to another account, but whatever!
Anyway, that problem is solved, but I’m still having troubles. Now, when I create a Flow with the Nest Hub Max, the Flows don’t trigger. For example, one Flow would be to have all the lights in a room turn on when the Nest Hub Max detects motion. But no matter what I do, it never triggers the Flow. The camera is on and it sees the motion in the Google Home app, but not in Homey.
For Google Nest cameras to trigger actions within Homey, make sure to enable Motion notifications in the Google Home app first. After that it should work.
