Bridge, presence detection not working

Today my presence detection failed. It has been working quite well for a long time, but it did not change today when I got home.
Also, when I try to change it manually in mobile app and in een app, the change is not accepted and I get a timeout after 10.000ms message.

Is there something I can do or reset to fix this?

I’ve tried:

  • Restarting bridge
  • Restarting phone
  • Changing app settings for location (always and detailed)
  • Turning location off and on, checking location on maps

So far, no luck. I keep being away while I am and want to be at home…

After a while it was alright.
Still wondering about the 10.000 ms timeout message in Homey app when trying to change the presence manually.

And again I’m facing issues with presence detection. Turning off the automatic detection does not help, and I cannot set myself as being at home. It does not seem to be related to my app, my phone or my bridge.
It is annoying and all I can do is wait until this service fixes itself.

It still works pretty well here with Homey Cloud, so I’m guessing it’s phone (settings) related, or a flaky GPS signal?
I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Android 14.
