Brel Matter Hub-04 Device Unavailable

The Brell Matter Hub -04 gives “Device Unavailable

Device is not responding. Please make sure the device is powered on and connected to a network” after weeks of operation. The only way te get it working again is make the hub powerless and power it up again. Restart from homey pro (or restarting the Homey) doesn’t help. Any idea how to make this stable connection. Or is the Hub 03 a better option?
