luw is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Athom, the company behind Homey.
We’ve just opened a free, read-only savings assessment for Homey Pro, and we’re looking for our first testers in the Netherlands.
The question we want to help answer is simple: with your current setup, where might there still be room to save?
Connect your Homey and luw assesses the available energy history. With enough usable measurements, you’ll get an initial savings estimate, together with the period assessed and the assumptions behind it. If information is missing or a device isn’t supported, we’ll explain that. Finding little extra opportunity is a useful result too.
Your existing apps and Flows keep running. There’s no luw Homey app to install, no new Flows to build and no questionnaire to complete. luw doesn’t change your devices or settings.
This first version can assess suitable home batteries, EV charging and certain flexible loads, depending on the measurements available in Homey. You don’t need an EV. Heating and hot water aren’t supported yet.
The estimate uses reference market prices, rather than your own energy contract, and excludes taxes and supplier charges. It shows potential savings under those assumptions—not money already saved.
Already using PELS, SlimLaden or your own energy Flows? Keep your setup running—we’d especially like your help testing whether luw can uncover further savings opportunities.
This is our first real-home test of the assessment. We’ve tested with synthetic data; now we need your help understanding how it performs with actual Homey setups.
