I just started as a new user and followed the tutorial. Inside the tutorial and always on the Badges, the links will direct the current page to a new site.
Issue;
Since I am actively engaging in the community forum and just want extra info in the link, constantly pressing back and reloading the community forum is a bit irritating.
Request;
Is it possible to make all links (like “community Guidelines” in the Read Guidlines badge) go to a new windows/tab with the “_blank” target in HTML (or other solution, but wanted to make it clear wat the intention was)?
Hi @bjbakker1984 ,
I would not like to have this as standard. I would open too many windows or tabs and my browser gets slow then and on some small pc’s, there are reaching there space limits.
But you can do it by yourself: just hold the control button, while clicking on the link or right click and choose open in new Tab or window.
On Android devices hold the link and then choose how you want it to open.
As it is about the used tooling for the community forum it is imho Off-Topic as that isn’t related to Homey or websites developed by Athom.
Therefore moved.
If you want to ask the developers of Discourse to fix something you should contact Discourse here: https://meta.discourse.org/
(But I guess this is something personal and I agree with @DirkH , so this probably wouldn’t change)
