Hi,
Before FW v12.4.1 my Homey would often show a red ring in the middle of the night - I suspected an issue with the backup.
I have HPv12.4.1 installed. Now the red rings don’t appear anymore, however, for over a week all backups have been missed / ERROR
The message I see in the backup log is:
Backup fails: Unable to create backup: Size mismatch
Before I raise a ticket with AtHom, I would like to check with the community:
- did you have similar issues
- was there anything that you did which could resolve the issue
Just a double check as I suspect that this is a bug in the backup process. I have read the posts about backups consuming too much memory. I suspect this is the same or a similar issue.
Asking the community to be sure I’m not alone and Tagging @Doekse as a heads up before I create a bug report.
