I have several Aterno heaters that have a radio-controlled thermostat (868 MHz).
Is it possible to connect these to my Homey Pro?
It can’t be integrated directly, since there is no app for the device yet. Every 868 MHz device requires a Homey app specific to that device. If it also has a WiFi/cloud connection, you might be able to integrate it via Google Home automations (if the device supports Google Home) and trigger those automations from virtual devices in Homey.

Besides 868MHz z-wave devices, it’s not possible to use RF 868MHz devices on post-2019 models

Only the 2016-2019 series (the white spheres) have a RF 868MHz radio built in, but in reality it turned out to be not usable.
