Are Tuya/Smartlife blinds a waste of time to try to integrate with Homey Pro?

The ‘official’ Tuya app seems to be binned, but the Tuya Cloud community app still works fine.

But I’d try to avoid buying Tuya Wifi stuff.
It’s not about the quality per sé, but Tuya doesn’t seem to like you using non-Tuya gear with their devices.
