Should work according to the app store:
Did you try to “interview” the device?
Go to https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/zigbee
Tap the 3 dots on the right of the device entry, and tap Interview. First ‘wake’ the device by pushing the pair button shortly, and during the interview, keep pushing it shortly every few seconds.
(the arrow indicates where you’d see the three dots)
If it doesn’t make a difference, and you removed all Ikea zigbee lamps: post your issue in the Aqara app topic, you’ll find the link on the app page at homey.app store.
I have solved the problem. If I took the battery out for about 30 seconds and put it back in, it started working.
I had the same problem.. Its easy resolved.. Just delete device in homey, take the battery out of the sensor, wait 30 sec en put it back. Then start pairing with the aqara app in homey.. Tadaaaa…
i have the same issue..irritates big time. i have also HUE and Ikea stuff in the network and not really an option to delete for this simple easy sensors…
2 questions, if i buy a aqara hub,…will the issue resolve ?
if not..what is a good alternative for temperature sensor within the Homey eco system?
I can confirm. I used to have all Ikea router devices and 4 Aqara TH T1 sensors.
Both Aqara AND Ikea devices were frequently dropping of the network (after several days - weeks).
Ik removed the Aqara’s from my network, and not a single problem since then.
My network is now running for months, without a single device failing, so I thought let’s put the Aqara’s back in (2 weeks ago). The problem popped up immediately. (days)
