Hi, kinda new here. But I have a Create ceiling fan in my Tuya app and it works there perfectly. Now I’ve connected the Tuya app with Homey, added the fan to Homey with succes, but somehow can’t control it. Getting a “[2001] 2001” error. Am I doing something wrong or is that the expected behaviour?
That error means the device is offline. Is it working in the Tuya mobile app?
Thnx for your swift reply! I see what is happening. Indeed it was showing offline in the Tuya app. But somehow it is now online and it is working properly. Not sure what or how caused the offline status, but it is throughout the house online. Maybe after certain amount of time out of use it goes offline and when in range it go’s online again? Anyhow, thnx it is working 
No, not really. My devices stay online. They do have to be in range of your WiFi network though.
I haven’t finished my tutorial yet, since I still have to make some screenshots and do some tests with a few light bulbs, but I’m sure it will be done tomorrow, because I’ve almost finished my full tutorial
