I think the only option for ‘Other devices’ is to create an additional virtual device that contains the controls (like buttons) and capability read-outs/sensors (like temperature, humidity) that you want.
The Advanced Virtual Device from the Device Capabilities app allows you to to this. You can use the buttons to trigger a flow that commands your device, and flows that update the sensors in the virtual device.
