[APP][Pro]YoLink (Version 1.0.2 live, 1.0.6 test)

Could you makes sure there is no space at the end of the UAID and Secret Key.

Sometime when pasting data it adds a space. I will trim the information in the next update to make sure it is clean.

I deleted and retyped the last character to ensure there is no space at the end of the pasted code

And did that solve the problem?

I have published a new test version that reports error during pairing and trims the UAID and Secret to make sure no spaces creep in.

It works in providing a clear error

Now to figure out why the error is happening. I’ll try to reset the credential later on tonight.

Could you open the app settings page, go to the Detected tab and tap on the Get Devices button, then tap on the Send Log button. That will give me the Device types so I can match them up with the API document.

I am currently waiting for the following to be delivered so I will add them when I receive them:

  • Motion Sensor,

  • Mini Flex Fob,

  • Leak Stop,

  • Alarm Fob,

  • Vibration Sensor

I have also just ordered:

  • Siren alarm indoor,
  • Outdoor motion sensor,
  • Outdoor contact sensor,
  • Water Leak sensor 4 MoveAlert,
  • Garage door sensor.

Log has been sent, thanks for everything!

Looks like the log didn’t work as it just has undefined in it.

Have you managed to add any devices to Homey?

I do have devices in the App v.1.0.2. Door Sensors and Temp Sensors.

Great, I obviously need to look at the send function as I just received undefined again so I’m glad you posted the list. I have copied it now, so you can delete it as I’m not sure if any of that information is sensitive. I don’t think it is, but just in case.

Interesting to see the service zone is not what they told me either, so I will need to check if that will cause any issues.

@Adrian_Rockall resetting the credentials fixed my issue.

I added my Yolink devices but i noticed the leak sensors are not changing state in Homey Pro when i test them, but they are changing state in the Yolink app. Any help would be appreciated.

I seem to remember an issue with devices not publishing state changes during testing. I think it was attributed to the region. @Henk_Renting can you recall the issue?

Maybe check the Service zone setting for the device in the Advanced settings match the configuration in the YoLink app.

I do recall the issue; just not the cause I’m afraid @Adrian_Rockall

At the same time the issue appreared, battery state was correctly displayed.

And after fiddling around a bit with the app and sensors and then it suddenly worked.

Then I removed and re-installeld the app and then it was working right away. You might want to try a remove and re-install as well, @Jan_King…?

Did you send a log from the app settings page?

I have received one that shows authorisation errors when connecting to the MQTT broker. I think the log is just showing errors, so if it was you, could you enable the full log and Send it again after a few minutes of triggering the sensor.

I have published a new test version. This fixes an issue with the EU / UK api call to get devices., adds a bit more logging and adds support for the vibration sensor device.

I have published a new test version that adds drivers for the Siren, Motion sensor and Power fail alarm. The Power fail alarm is untested as I don’t have one and is not compatible with the UK voltage.

I have also tried to make the MQTT connection more robust as it seems some users are getting too many connections. I have also add mor logging to that area in case the problem still exists.
