And talking about segments. Now I got the chance to check the app out and there is a issue with segments. In WLED you have the option to divide your LED strips into segments. I use this option as I have two ESP32 controlling 4 and 7 led strips from 4 and 7 data pins (GPIOs) on each ESP32. The issue is that if I change the color in the WLED controller app, then it is only the first segments that gets changed. If I turn on/off, all strips do it.

Setting presets doesn’t work. Nothing happens if I try to set one in a flow. There is no option on the device itself to set a preset either. But if I go to developer settings in homey and find the device there I can set presets just fine:

But from a flow? No go.

Any ideas?

Hi Ludvig, many thanks for your work, it is very handy to be able to automate the lights in homey… I however I have some difficulties with dimming my leds, I try to get it to 50% in the automation but this has no effect, is there any native app setting I need to change to have the automation work? Thx.

Hmm I tried it here and it worked great. Good way of testing is to have the native Wled app open and just made a test and it worked. I see the effect in the native app when I change. Maybe you have an older wled version? Right now 0.15.0 is latest.

Just a sidenote. Source code is live and public on Github so if anybody want to contribute Id love it

I see that the link in the last release is wrong so will update it with correct soon as well.

-Have fixed Preset, Effect, Palette in flows
-Updated Source URL to to the correct repo

yep, I realized that. I have updated version. I guess I figured it out with proper setting of the preset and playlist, guess everything works OK, thanks for your great work on the implementation… looking forward for a new version too :slight_smile:

New version is on test and review so you can use it v1.1
Fixed some minor stuff but most important i added support for Color Temperature

i tried the new version with support for color temp.

however, no matter what temp i select it shows the same color temp on the LED. its always a very cold almost blue light.

yes we can confirm, if we set warm white it is still cold.

The Muli-Colour palette selection is broken on the Web version - I can select it on the iOS but the Web version is not selectable - If both the Web and iOS are open I find the palette defaults and overrides to the White Warmth scale. WLED version is 15.1

Does this work with Apollo M1 LED Matrix? And how does the effects work? Can it set text, etc?

I would say no. It’s a super simple wled implementation that handles normal like on off colors etc. Standard stuff. Nothing more.
