Really appreciate your effort!

Unfortunately none of the devices work properly.

  1. both 4 gang switches work only via iconic buttons. The real buttons do not react while battery level is not calculated

  2. the curtains robot does not respond at all

  3. motion sensor keeps the same luminance level until a motion is detected although the lights turned off and the luminance level was reduced. Also for the specific model temperature and humidity are N/A

Hi ManuelKugler!

Thanks for the diagnostic report. I can see the issue clearly.

Problem: Your wireless button went to sleep before the Zigbee interview completed during pairing. That’s why modelId and manufacturerName are empty - the device data wasn’t captured.

Solution:

  1. Update to the latest app version (v5.5.302)
  2. Delete this device from Homey
  3. Re-pair the device, but this time:
  • Keep pressing the button repeatedly during the entire pairing process
  • This keeps the device awake so the interview can complete
  1. Wait for “Interview successful” message

Battery-powered buttons are “sleepy devices” - they only wake up when pressed. If they sleep during pairing, Homey can’t read their device info.

Alternative: If you can’t re-pair, try pressing the button a few times and then immediately run the interview from Homey’s developer tools.

Also i now have hundreds of notifications on my timeline. Even if its not battery in the sensors.

I tried turn off the battery notification in the settings but doesnt help.

_TZE204_gkfbdvyx was working yesterday (v5.5.291)on motion and lux, this morning it had turned into a climate sensor.

But this is now back to beeing presence sensor :slight_smile: But now the motion is always Yes and Presence is oppesite, Yes when outside and no when inside the room.

Unfortunately the devices do not work properly although I did restart to homey , restart app , remove and reconnect the devices.

  1. both 4 gang switches work only via iconic buttons.The real buttons do not react

    however the battery level is ok now!

  2. the curtains robot does not respond at all (now it is not recognized)

  3. motion sensor keeps the same luminance level until a motion is detected

    Despite the lights turned off and the luminance level was reduced and the opposite the lux remains the same unless a motion is captured

Motion alarm is always YES, it updates to YES every 20 sec even if nobody is in the room. Human presence is working ok. Every time motion alarm goes off (every 20 sec) Lux goes to normal reading 30 Lux when the light is on, and after 5 sec it jumps back to around 1000-1100 with the same light on.

It is now working with movement and human presence, both on and off.

But temperature is rushing up and down. And it filles up my timeline with low battery and ok battery, every 30 sec or so it gives a notice for ok battery and 0 sek after that it is low.

It doesnt help to disable in settings.

Can you disable temperatures, battery and humidity in total on both sensors?
