Can you share me your flow? I will test it here on my Homey. The test tries to login every hour. Looks that there is some permission error. User had full rights?
Please check also the last websocket message. It looks that the websocker disconnect.

UDM Pro user is a local admin, no MFA with View Only permissions to OS Settings, Network and Protect.
Now that itâs been running for a day.
In UDM Pro Admin Activity log I can see the Homey admin user logging in every hour.
I have simple Flows setup for testing to write to a Google Sheet as a log file.
The 1st 2 Flows successfully write to the Google Sheet for a maximum of 25 minutes (time period varies) after each admin login event, then capture no more events until the next login.
The 3rd Flow for the paired device seems to work all the time.
Also, notice the Who tag is blank for a couple of events and comparing the UDM Pro Client log the only difference I could see was these clients had a space in the name.
I have Event Log Enabled ticked but it is blank, so canât see last websocket message unless there is another way.

Hi,
I have trouble just getting the app to connect. Have created a local user, and type all in correctly but it comes back with: network request failed.
It says that the user has to be min. 32 char. But that must be a fail right?
@ObelixNL foremost: thank you for maintaining this app!
I know it has been asked for before, but a âguest SSID has device(s) connectedâ card would be much appreciated.
A lot of my flows are presence based and get screwed up when the home owners are away, but guests are not (e.g. babysit). Such a card would be able to fix that (given off course that the guest user has his or her phone connected to the guest wifi)
Thank you in advance!
No network was set to full management. I have now changed that til match yours. so now it look like that.
And it comes back with the same error
You have entered the wrong IP address, Homey canât connect to that IP address and port.
Jens,
Did you ever get this to work? I am having the same problem.
What do you mean. I have not showed any ipadress.
So I donât understand how you can comment on my up and port
No noone replied with anything I could go on with
Jens, Please read my message! Enter correct details! The error message means that Homey canât connect to the entered IP address.
Homey is on my local network, and the address i have entered is the adress my unifi have given it. So i dont understand what you mean!
My connection to Unifi conroller was always working, but now I need to add a new device and then I see it was already disconnected for several months.
It is impossible for me to disable MFA, if someone could help me with this that might be a solution or is there any other way I can connect unifi controller again to my homey.
Using Homey pro and I installed already the 2.4.5 which is not working before I had 2.4.2
Thanks for any help
+1 for this request.
I canât seem to get the guest trigger flow to work. Any advise?
Can someone help me how to create a local admin.
This is the scereen I get, if |I| do not fill in the email I got an error. I am also not able to add a password.
Of course I did not check the checkbox âRemote Accessâ Enable. But still it is not possible to get a local admin
Please some help would be appreciated
This is the message I receive when I test the user credentials
I have this, and this worksâŚ
note: i have view-only but everything i do works. I donât need homey to manage, just read values.
Since yesterday I have the problem, that my credentials are invalid. I changed nothing in the app and also on Ubiquity. The last measures are 17 hours ago. Does everyone has the same problem? My Ubiquity read only user is still the same and the password correct.
