[APP][Pro] Tuya Zigbee App

You might want to post your question in the dedicated forum topic for the Tuya Zigbee app: [APP][Pro] Tuya Zigbee App. Check the first post over there to request support for unsupported devices.

Or this topic for an alternative app: [APP][Pro] Universal TUYA Zigbee Device App - test (still in development).

If you want/need it right now, your best option is to create a development version of the app and install that on your Homey Pro

Hi!

I’d love to, but unfortunately I haven’t done it yet. :frowning:

Is there an open thread where I can find out more?

Thx, Tamas

Hi Roth you’ll find it here: [HOW TO] CLI install method

Regards Peter.

A while ago, I have added a Tuya Zigbee switch (switch_2_gang_metering) and everything was working fine, so I built it back in in the wall behind the outlet.

Now it shows like this:

Result of interviewing:

Question: is there a way to repair it without having to push the button (and therefore open the wall socket again)? It’s not that important, just a nice to have and I prefer not having to do this every so often

There sometimes are multiple ways of activating the trigger to re-link. some devices trigger when pressing the device on-off for 5/7or 10 times. give it a try

Most probably what Partick said.
This is part of the manual for a similar device which says 5 times:

Thanks!

In order to do that, I’ll have to switch the breaker 5 times. That will trigger inclusion mode for a lot of other devices on that group  I only have this device here for power metering, so I will open the wall outlet at some point and hope it continues to report a little bit longer this time

no, you can just toggle the on off rocker/switch 5 times, if you have that connected to the unit to turn the lights on/off

There is no rocker/switch connected to this built in module

That explains

Hi!
Can you please add support for the following Tuya Zigbee LED driver?
Homey adds it as an unknown Zigbee device, and dimming is not available.

Manufacturer: _TZB210_ngnt8kni
Product ID: TS0501B
Device type: Router
Device class: LED driver (constant voltage 24V)

This is a 24V WoodUpp/Tuya LED controller using standard Tuya clusters.

Here is the fingerprint from Homey:

  • Manufacturer ID: _TZB210_ngnt8kni
  • Product ID: TS0501B
  • Device ID: Router
  • Firmware: Unknown
  • Supports: level control (0x0008) and on/off (0x0006)

Please add this model to the Tuya Zigbee app as a dimmable LED controller.
Thanks!

Please read the start post for instructions how to ask for adding a device to the app.

However, the development of this app seems to have come to a long term halt.

I advice you to use this app:

Also there: read the start post.
