You might want to post your question in the dedicated forum topic for the Tuya Zigbee app: [APP][Pro] Tuya Zigbee App. Check the first post over there to request support for unsupported devices.
A while ago, I have added a Tuya Zigbee switch (switch_2_gang_metering) and everything was working fine, so I built it back in in the wall behind the outlet.
Question: is there a way to repair it without having to push the button (and therefore open the wall socket again)? It’s not that important, just a nice to have and I prefer not having to do this every so often
There sometimes are multiple ways of activating the trigger to re-link. some devices trigger when pressing the device on-off for 5/7or 10 times. give it a try
In order to do that, I’ll have to switch the breaker 5 times. That will trigger inclusion mode for a lot of other devices on that group I only have this device here for power metering, so I will open the wall outlet at some point and hope it continues to report a little bit longer this time
@darckrie did you read the first post? There you can find how to ask support for a new device.
Maybe there is some information in the post above yours.
I wanted to add a Zigbee door sensor from manufacturer: _TZ3000_n2egfsli
This ID is present in the first post as supported in the test version of the app. However, after installing the test version, I can’t add this device, as it’s being continuously picked up as an “Unknown Zigbee Device” and not a door sensor.
