@MathiasT IS it possible to add also the Omada devices to this app ?
Anything you can suggest? Do you know whats going on?
I get the warning “flow card not registered"
It used to work, but recently no more.
Anything I can try (already restarted both homey and the app)
Logged out and can now no longer long in: " the provided credentials are not valid”
Maybe this APP is not being further developed anymore? @MathiasT are you still involved or stopped working on the app? Please inform us ![]()
Hi, I (I should say AI) have fixed issues with login and now it works on my BE65 routers. Also created Pull request for @MathiasT . If you are interested you can run my version PechJiri/Deco at fix-errors (install it from terminal).
Can you tell me how to install from terminal? @Jiri_Pech
Or just use chat GPT/Gemini/Claude
It will give you right command line prompts and guide you through… ![]()
@Jiri_Pech doesn’t work for me though
Oh dear! The app has been working OK for me, but doesn’t see one of my Deco’s (X10). So I came here to see if there is a solution. But now I find that the app is probably ‘abandon-ware’. Such a shame. And for me life is too short to fiddle about with terminal etc. I didn’t buy easy-to-use Homey for this!
Hi
I’m facing the same issue with installing the APP to my HomeyPro.
When adding it you should give the log in data and I tried it all as described in the APP description and double checked my password in the TP-Link app on my phone as used for the DECO but I simply cant get it right.
I’m using the web interface for Homey pro.
It is a silly question to take up time with I know…

Hej Mathias, happy to see you here! ![]()
I am running X50-5G, with X50-PoE as satellite units. The Deco Homey app stopped working for me after doing a firmware update on the Deco devices on October 15th. The X50-5G is running fw 1.3.1 build 20250918 rel 49303.
My Deco’s X50-PoE are running Firmware Version: 1.5.0 Build 20250619 Rel. 69357 and when trying to add my deco’s I now get the error message
“Timeout after 10000ms”
Any advice?
Hello and thank you for your work.
I am evaluating the Homey system and trying out the SHS version. I had previously installed it on Ubuntu, but now I have switched to the version on a VMware virtual machine on a Windows NUC.
I am having problems entering my dico. My mesh system consists of:
I tried entering the IP address of the ‘master’ and the password, but I get an incorrect credentials warning. I tried entering the IP address of the Homey-SHS on VMware, but I still get the incorrect credentials warning. I entered the IP address of the Windows NUC on which the virtual machine is installed, but I get a timeout error.
Where am I going wrong?
Thank you again for your help.
Hello
I’ve same problems like any users here: the credentials are not accepted for login on my Dexo X50 4G/5G Device. My Deco-Network has 3 Decos, the main one (IP xxx.1) and 2 slaves (IP xxx.249 & xxx.250). The login ist NOT possible on my main-Device, the error from the terminal-App ist “tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: “tplinkdeco.net” certificate is not trusted”
Interesting: the logon with same credentials works on the slave-Devices. BUT: there the Client-List is not complete, only the homey-client and my own client running homey-app ist listet.
Any Ideas for the 2 Problems?
Factory reset Deco router and re-configure WITHOUT the internet connection/ modem plugged in. Otherwise it uses cloud confirmation and local password isnt same as account password. Little downside is that you can not login when away from home.
I have exactly the same, 5 slaves and one main deco M9.
Is there besides a factory reset no other solution![]()
Are you sure, that a reset would solve my problem? I’ve a lot of configurations working on my deco Network, a factory reset would produce a lot of work…
The webinterface-login (ip in browser) with same credentials is working, also on my main-device!
