Hey friend, great app!
I wonder if it’s possible for you to be able to add a card where the guest wifi can be turned on or off in a THEN card?
That would be awesome for my particular use case.

For a few weeks now, my Homey has lost the phone when I go upstairs with my phone. Then the phone switches to another deco (both Deco M9) and Homey doesn’t see the phone for a long time.
Do more of you have this problem?
Hi all. I am currently testing the TP-link Deco system as a possible replacement for my Google Nest wifi system and I already love this TP-Link Deco app!
I connected one Deco X20 as a Master and it is working fine. The app gives realtime information and I can control the Deco as well. However, after a restart of the Deco device, no more information is received and I can’t control the Deco anymore from Homey. No settings have been changed and the IP of the Deco is still the same. The only solution is to remove the device from Homey and install it again (with the same login credentials) to make it work.
*Edit: just found out that restarting the TP-Link Deco app also works to start receiving information again for the device. This is a better solution although it is still a strange behavior.
I’m not seeing any of my deco mesh routers after loging in.
Main router is X95.
What trouble-shooting steps can I run?
Go to my GitHub and see if you can get any data of your X95s
I am not a programer but was the ask to download the relevant test code for my machine (apple silicone) and run it and share back the output?
If yes: how do I compile it to be an executor on my mbp?
In the bin folder there is pre compiled executables. Choose the right one in a command prompt (terminal). And see the result. Preferably send the output as a DM to me.
I’ve got issues logging in with Deco M4. I’m on the same 2.4 ghz network, but ip or tplinkdeco.net both doesn’t work. Keeps saying my credentials are wrong. Are M4’s supported?
Edit: With Homey Pro 2019
@MathiasT can you maybe also add omada ?
Hi all all and @MathiasT
Just a quick question. you’re able to set a time when info gets refreshed, all between 1 sec up till 3600 sec. Currenly mine is set to 10, but what is your setting? Should 1 sec be fine? I personally would like to see download speed as real time as possible
If it’s not too late, you can do it, I think, with Device capabilities and a flow (with the card “Device became …”)
Still I have same issues as SEP 2024 (has not been critical so forgot to re-test …)
Running currently:
Issues (or sometimes also called as opportunity-to-improve
):
Error with rebooting flow cards both on Master (X50-4G) and slave (X20)

Internet-connection (assuming WAN stands for 4G connection) not detected
Client list:
X50-4G others (even less critical for me):
Hi!
Thanks for the app!
Unfortunately i’m not able to use it with my XE75Pro.
I can install it, I can find the devices (master and slaves) but when i try to do some flow then i cannot find any client connected in none of them even if i can see that I have different devices connected to the master.
can you help me with this?
I tried reeboting the app, removing and adding again the devices, but nothing worked.
Hey, would it be possible to block/ unblock a client ?
Same for me, X50 - POE. No problem at all connecting the app. Both with IP, email (username) or tplinkdeco.net. Once linked, only the Master seems to have information available such as connected clients. And that works, the reported information on Master is correct. But when trying to create a flow no clients are available.
Same. The list of clients connected to any Deco, including the master, unfortunately now is empty when trying to create a new flow (this used to work). But in the capabilities screen it shows 28 clients are connected.
Also, some properties shown, like “Disconnected from mesh” are really old, this one is “9 months ago”. Is that supposed to be like that, or should the info update? (The app was restarted.)
How to I connect my mobile deco app to homey deco app?
No options for logging my deco account to homey deco app.
It also shows this on the configure
I cannot connect the Decos. And on another system everything is simple0 on CPU and network and allhave 1 client connected. Seemsto be as this since some kind of upgrade somewhere i guess?
Hi,
I’m new to Homey but I can’t get my Deco X50 units to connect. I have tried the http://tplinkdeco.net/ and the IP address of the main Deco X50 (I have 3, 1 master and 2 slave)
Everytime I get “The provided Credentails are not valid” even tho they are correct as I can connect to my master Deco via web browser using the IP/Password.
Any help would be great, I am using the lastest version on the app via my new Home Pro Mini unit that I got 2 days ago.
Cheers
Same here,
Currently having the same issues regarding adding my Deco’s as @Carter describes
