Does this means that the current Tasmota MQTT is not compatible/working on HP2023 and developer would need to fix it ? Thank you.
Yes. It’s a path problem. It’s like a fix made in 5 minutes.
@pavlo , still around somewhere ?
Thank you @spkesDE
Also created GitHub issue - Tasmota MQTT not working on Homey Pro 2023 - small fix required · Issue #15 · paveldn/homey-mqtt-tasmota · GitHub
I created a pull request with my updated version. running fine for me since I have the HP2023.
One Issue only, that I was to lazy to solve is that this App starts before the API is available (MQTT Client)
I would also take over this app, if pavlo don’t want to maintain it anymore.
Pavlo transferred the app to me.
I’ll update the app in the next couple of days.
Test Version 0.11.1 is live.
Changelog
- Homey Pro 2023 support
- Bug fixes
- Better error handling
Could someone test this app on a Homey Pro 2019?
Unfortunately I’m getting this error when I try to add a device on my Homey Pro 2023:
Invalid Capability: multiplesockets
Diagnostics Report:
826baf18-1c1b-444f-b252-6ea2f3eb2ef3
Should be fixed with 0.11.2
This app is absolutely necessary in my smarthome.
Many thanks to @pavlo for developing this app a few years ago!
And I really appreciate @spkesDE taking the initiative to take over the development and push it further! Thx a lot!
Planned Roadmap for this App:
- Switching to TypeScript for better maintenance (90% done)
- Better API Handling
- Code Cleanup
- New Icon Selector
Thanks! Now I can add the device, but it only shows as one relay.
The device I’m using has multiple relays, which could be turned on and off separately in the “old” Tasmota MQTT app.
Now I can only switch them all at once.
I’ll take a look at it. It looks like the github repo wasn’t in the latest build. There were missing files.
Could you send a diagnostic report?
I’m running v0.10.3 on my old Homey Pro. There it shows up like this:
While the updated app (v0.11.2) doesn’t show the option to switch between the relays:
Here’s a Diags Report:
275d5647-51bf-40f5-b4db-c5fe7856370f
Ah, i know why. Will fix it.
Should be fixed.
Perfect! Works great
Thanks for the quick fixes!
Is this with my version or with the version of Pavlo?
On Hp2023 running with 23mb after restart.
It’s yours
Btw it’s not not memory, it’s storage… I’m having problems with Cloud backup so trying to find optimization where it’s possible (already asked Athom 2 weeks ago…)
I think it’s the icon system. I’ll try to find a way.
