The issue you experienced is Fixed or prevented I Hope,
I reverted from ESM to CommonJS to make this asap available for everyone not yet on Homey Firmware v12, to many Homey’s are still on older App Version and even on older Homey Firmware i see in the Reports. 
Whenever the getWeather() doesn’t work, sysInternals backs off for 6 x the normal update interval. It probably should recover then automatically in a couple of Hours.
