Hi @Marcel_Zwolle, could you please delete 1 camera that doesn’t give a snapshot and try to reinstall that one? I think it has something to do with the install process with multiple cams at once, but I am not sure.

Hi @bookmarc, Your right; had two cam’s inserted (erased one by one) and then erased the other four, and added them together… When I now do 1 cam at a time it works well! (although I had to restart the app once, as it again didn’t had the snapshot)

Thanks for the test and good to know that it has something to do with the install process :slight_smile: I only have 2 cams to test with, but I will try to fix this.

Hi Marc,
Thanks a lot, but no luck so far. I did reboot the Homey after the update bu stil no result.
The good news how soever is that I do get a time out message now.

Hi there,

Sinds version 3.1.1. There is no snapshot from camera… Cant see the Tag on other apps also…restart reconnect en re instaled the app…

Private Message / Direct Message . Debugging is easier when we could talk the same language (and he is also dutch) but this topic is in english.

The solution for this problem was to upgrade to the new test version (3.2.1).

Thanks for the answer, I thought I had to change a setting somewhere. I will install the test version too, as I was missing the tag too. Good work!

Installed the test version (v3.2.1) but it crashed when installed end when re-started

Hi! I am new to Homey and currently researching if this could replace my current setup.

One of the things I’d like to achieve is the following. I have a Synology NAS, running latest DSM and Surveillance Station versions. I have a KAKU doorbell connected to a KAKU ‘gong’/chime.

Is it possible to make a ‘Flow’ in Homey that does this when the KIKA doorbell button is pushed:

  • Let the KAKU chime ring
  • Send notification to Homey apps (my family/users) with a snapshot from one of my camera’s

Not sure why? I’m curious if I can achieve the above examples with Homey/Flow. I know how kaku works and so on (been using kaku with domoticz for years), and I am trying to figure out if homey could be a replacement.

I have the same setup. The KAKU app and Surveillance Station app installed on Homey and using the KAKU doorbell trigger to send a push message to my phone with a snapshot from the camera at the door.
