@Most I have no idea if you should see a image tag there. I didn’t make this app and not using it, only mantaining.
I do think there should be a tag. Do you see any image when you go to the camera in homey?
I’ve now restarted the Homey again, for an another reason, and now it works.

First, amazing app. Use it for many years now very happy user! Recently I added an extra camera to my synology. When trying to get this device added to Homey it gives the message: There is a problem with your fetch operation. Do you have a suggestion what I can do?

Hi trying to connect my surveillance station to homey but when trying to connect i keep getting time out
Not sure how to solve this :S
@WeWillSee did you try using https? It looks like your surveillance station expects you to use https
i have the same problem, with https i get “timeout, please make sure the settings are correct”
Try ‘http’ instead.
@Gerrit_Lammens use the same settings as you use for DSM. This is not a app issue but a configuration issue
sry for the late reply. didn’t get a notification of your reply :S yes i placed it on HTTP. tried both with HTTP it actually says it is expecting HTTPS. with HTTPS it is timing out
@WeWillSee are you using the same url as you use for DSM?
Not sure what you mean I’m using the your.synology.me that I configured on my synology if this is what you mean
@WeWillSee why not use a local address? If homey and Synology are in the same network

Think Homey was still connected with http from a long time ago. The Synology device was still working, same for camera that was added via the surveilance station. But the second camera I recently tried to add failed. After reparing the Synology device with the https port it now works.
(bit of a long answer, but perhaps it will help other people with similar issues)
Working with Homey and this app for a few days now. The initial setup was easy and it looked stable up to this morning. Now all camera’s show “Camera is unavailable.“. On Synology I see them still running fine.
What is did since then:
- I restarted the homey
- I reinstalled app and 1 camera
But the situation keeps coming back with the same message “Camera is unavailable.“ I think it is detecting motion though, as the blue dot is sometimes blinking and it also reports motion in the device.
