Hello, yesterday I started getting some errors and problems with my cat door. When I go into the app settings, I get the error in the picture. Is anyone else having this problem and have a solution? [1000002148]

Hi @Jan-Thomas_Borresen I have the same. [1000014050] But except for the error message everything is working fine. I can control the cat flap via the sure petcare app and via the homey app. Rogier

Hello Rogier, When I try to control the catdoor via Homey, I get “Request failed with status code 401”. [1000002149] I can control it via the Sure Petcare app perfectly fine. Maybe it has something to do with the hub update? From the sure support site: [1000002151]
