Hoping to provide some useful info, I share how I managed to make the app work with my SUN2000-L1 inverter via WiFi.
I basically followed this guide provide by my installer for a similar HA integration:

Using the Installer account, I enabled “Local O&M” on the inverter which opened port 6607 and (in my case) I used ID 0.
The readings doesn’t seem perfectly integrated in Homey (i.e. the battery can’t be seen in the Energy tab - maybe I’ll write a post about this issue later), but the communication is working!
@Janalyzer I read on onther HA discussion about a guy who had the inverter connected via WiFi and the dongle plugged in, and managed to make the integration work only after phisically unplugging the dongle. Can this be your case too?
