I have just checked and the app should accept up to 65Hz and I see from the log that you are using an older version. Could you install the test version as that should fix the issue.

1.1.29 accept now 60hz +/- and i could install the 4 devices.
The app seem not to receive the voltage.

Which voltage?
I can see the grid voltage, the PV voltages and the battery voltage in the log.

If you mean the dashboard widget, then open the dashboard, select the edit :pen:, tap on the +, then select the Apps tab and find the Sofar widget. In the customise screen select the devices for each category and save it. Finally click on Done.

Sorry to make your precious time lost, i have found dashboard/widget on fone; i were looking for it on PC webpage. i could instal your sofar widget and itā€™s marvellous.

Unfortunately, Athom havenā€™t made dashboards work with the web app, which is very disappointing.

Grazie per lā€™app prima di tutto, vorrei chiedere se ci fosse una possibilitĆ  di escludere i valori fuori scala. nel mio insight trovo (forse a causa della connessione del logger con il wifi o altro) dei valori completamente errati che rovinano le statistiche. vedi allegato.

Itā€™s difficult to know what are bad values. I could put a setting for a limit.

I understand, actually setting some parameter ceiling could eliminate a lot of the problem Maybe even a value discard time setting. thanks for the support.

@Adrian_Rockall Thanks to your work weā€™ve been using your app for over a year.

About 6 days ago, the app lost contact with our inverter (but the inverter is posting readings to sofarman online. The app icon does not show offline, just 0 in the power readings, also the logger is 6 days old.

How to debug this?
