Hey,

The support for q7 and q10 series robots is incomplete. Room based information is one of these things that does not work properly.

I have to reverse engineer it further to be able to provide support for this. Sadly this takes time, a lot of time.

You can try with the trick for the q10 series:

This is what I did to setup the rooms, hope it helps.

Found the best way for me was to open the Roborock Map as I triggered (Test) each number in the flow card. The map would then highlight the room it was going to and shade the others. Seems to be working as intended. Also figured out that I needed to place the room numbers in the order that I want each room done.

I’ve pushed v4.1.0 to test. This includes experimental support for:

  • Wet/Dry Vacuums
  • Maps for Q7
  • Maps for Q10

All untested, as I do not have access to any of these devices.

I’m still using Justin Haring’s Roborock app in combination with Xiaomi Home mobil app. It is up to date working good. But the live camera can not be used.

To use the live camera my S6 maxV has to be registered in Roborock mobile app instead.

  1. Is S6 maxV work supported with Roborock Cloud app? I have found a few comments that indicate that this is true.
  2. Is it possible to migrate to Roborock from Xiaomi Home with maps and rooms? I guess not.
  3. If it is possible to migrate how do I do that?

Hey Morgan,

The camera support is not available at this moment. I would have to dig deeper how to integrate it.

For this app to work, your robot must be registered in the official Roborock app. If that is the case it should work straightforward.

it’s great that you are so persistent in developing this app! I just tested with a Q7. Unfortunately, it doesn’t respond correctly to flow cards yet, for example, for selective room cleaning. Also, if you tap a room directly, the robot doesn’t respond correctly. Perhaps you can still do something about this. It would be amazing if you manage to get it working! Thanks for your efforts. Hello Kenny,

following the latest update, my Q7 L5+ vacuum cleaner triggers an error alert every time it finishes a cleaning run. I don’t understand what the problem is, as the Roborock app detects no anomalies. Thank you for your work.

You can use the test url to install it, but it was replaced with 4.1.0 already.

I have to update some graphics to be able to push that one to stable though.
