[APP][Pro] Power by the Hour: Insights per hour, day, month and year

Thanks Theo. I have a contract with ANWB. And they buy via TTF_LEBA.

I’ve no issues with TTF_LEBA_EasyEnergy :man_shrugging:

1st. TTF_LEBA_EasyEnergy is still not to set up. Time error again.

2nd On TTL_EGSI I cant added now to adjust the FM.

3rd The enever JSON file for gas is wrong. See negative prices

I’ve to run now

Are the new tarieven for anwb energy and gas already known? what i need to set in the menu?
it seems the same.

If I’m not mistaken, the prices for Zonneplan have been adjusted as of January 1.

I have since found that electricity should now cost 0.14285, but to be honest, I have not yet been able to find any information about Zonneplan GAS prices. Previously, in 2024, this was 0.78544, but what is it in 2025?

Could someone help me? And apologies if I have overlooked it or could not find it on the community.

Sadly I cant now also make no changes in TTF_EGSI for Zonneplan.

This morning I make a change because there was a difference in PbtH and in the ZP app.
There where no changes to see in the virtual ZP G device.

Restarted the app, did PtP but nothing works here.

Yesterday I thought that ZP gas came on 0.73744 but this morning I had again a difference.
But I cant do any thing in the GAS price to checkout.

After a second attempt to make a second TTF_EGSI virtual Zonneplan G.
Gives time error.

I have a problem and I hope someone can help me. My gas price from Zonneplan is not correct now, which price should I use for 2025? Does anyone have an answer to this? Thanks in advance!

This was price in 2024, but what is is now?

I’m sorry, I have another question that I can’t figure out. I hope someone can help me with this.

I have two Shelly Pro 1 PM devices hanging. One does indicate how many Watts it uses, but the second one doesn’t. It just stays at 0 Watts while I’m doing the laundry and I’m sure it should be more, which is also what my Shelly meter indicates in the app.

What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help me?

For Dutch people energy taxes changed as of 1-1-2025.
I gathered this info:

2025:

So for energy incl fixed costs: (0,02 for zonneplan): €0.1428
and for gas incl fixed costs (0,08 for Zonneplan): €0.7796 (still a little difference: €1,3507 (homey) vs €1,3522 (Zonneplan app) which a can’t explain)

Hi Peter, thanks for responding. This is what I have:

I use Homey Pro 2023 and I also use my Homey Pro 2019 as a satellite. So I installed PbtH on HP2019 and yes I get TTF_LEBA_EasyEnergy prices!
So I tried different things on HP2023 to solve it but nothing works. Even uninstalling and installing PbtH doesn’t work. Also not after a restart of HP2023.
But if I add other TTF devices (e.g. EGSI) they work fine.

So I really don’t know how to solve this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all,

I notice that PBTH does not update the gasprices today: my rate only displays the additional costs charged by my supplier.
App has been restarted, bur still the same. Does anyone else encounter this issue too?

I have for now for a couple hours
0.1571 energie -0.22 fixed day price. 21% btw
and that matches up pretty well with that energy rates website.
Gas can i see tomorrow.

Maybe the
“fixed costs (0,08 for Zonneplan)”
is a bit more.

I use this to match Zonneplan gas prices:
(Ttf_Leba_easyenergy TTF EGSI)

On the left = ZP prices @ HA

Also some flow cards can get PbtH data.

“Provide prices JSON for …” because there is nothing.

Have make a post on Github

[ Edit ]

It’s working.
For Zonneplan on TTF_EGSI I have found 0,77954 to get the €135,22.

The flow card is also working , gives.

{“0”:1.3507,“1”:1.3507,“2”:1.3507,“3”:1.3507,“4”:1.3507,“5”:1.3507,“6”:1.3522,“7”:1.3522,“8”:1.3522,“9”:1.3522,“10”:1.3522,“11”:1.3522,“12”:1.3522,“13”:1.3522,“14”:1.3522,“15”:1.3522,“16”:1.3522,“17”:1.3522,“18”:1.3522,“19”:1.3522,“20”:1.3522,“21”:1.3522,“22”:1.3522,“23”:1.3522}`

Thanks :+1:

Through all that searching and special the “Provide prices JSON for …” card, I found that “Provide prices JSON for Tomorrow " for gas already €1.3692 gives, starting 06:00.

Now I like to found out when that card is giving that data.
To use the error point of that card maybe we can found out.

Thanks Theo.
I used the wrong day ahead market, I adjusted my previous post accordingly.

The €1.3692 from PbtH became €1.3693 in the Zonneplan app.
The change on TTF_EGSI for ZP make the Fixed markup there 0,77956.

Still is changing that value very difficult.
It takes hours to see it back in the file and in the virtual device ZP G.

The gas price for tomorrow by PbtH is €1,3677.
We shall see it in the app.

You can use a flow(card) “Set fixed markup to …” to changes the markup.

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Power by the Hour app with my Growatt MIN-3600-TLXH inverter, paired with a 10 kWh Growatt APX home battery. The app works well for managing charging, discharging, and idle moments of the battery. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the calculations.

When the battery starts (dis)charging, it takes a certain number of hours to complete, and while the app accounts for the total battery capacity (10 kWh), it does not consider the minimum SOC I’ve set. In my case, the minimum SOC is 15%, and the maximum SOC is 95%. While the app seems to calculates with a minimum SOC of 0% and maximum SOC of 100% This discrepancy leads to inaccurate fractional hour calculations and timing of the cheapes fractional hour.

Is there a way to configure the app to include the minimum and maximum SOC limits in the calculations? This adjustment would make the estimations much more precise.

Thanks in advance!
