Works since 2.6.2 (which automatically updated, by the way). Thanks again, Kaoh!
Thanks, it seems to work again! Thanks for your time and efforts.
It looks like Polestar has changed something again. The app can still login, but it cannot retrieve data.
Yes, the data model changed. Need some time to figure out how it looks like now
Kind reminder, the typo is still there. (Says “Ladepoort”, should say “Ladeport”, one less “o”.)
I think it would be easier to track issues, both for you and users, if you enabled issues in the github repo. ![]()
There are a few other sub-optimal Norwegian translations there too. If you’re open to it, I can create a pull request with some modifications when I can find some time.
More than happy to accept pull requests
, and thanks for the reminder.
The good news is, that I have a version with the new data model implemented…
The bad news is that Polestar removed the charging details like, port connected and charging watts and charging amps ![]()
I do have more options to show more charging detail statusses, like scheduled or errored.
I will try to implement capabilities for those later on.
As soon as I can figure out why my publish isnt working to Homey Ill put it up.
But the loss of the charing Watt/Amp and port status is a big dissapointment.
Hi, on my Homey Pro 2013 i can see the new release 2.7 in changelog, but cannot install it?
What can I do?
Matthias
Should be fixed right?
For me, the Polestar app automatically updated to the new version and it is working again. Cable status works as well. As you mentioned, the charging current is not working indeed, but I don’t have a use for that anyway.
Thank you!
Hi! Thank you for the app. I have installed the app and it worked fine. I have not done Tibber account because not available in Finnland. Now app havent updated values for two days. I´m currently not in the home so can´t figure out if that is the reason. What is the update interval normally?
I check the api every minute.
But I also noticed the api is getting weird delays, today my car is offline entirely.
I was driving it while the api, app and Homey told me it was charging
I reworked the CSV support driver, so If you have been able to get the android automotive Car Stats Viewer installed on your car you can use this driver to get some missing info from the car (compared to the native one) but be aware it only sends data while the infotainment system is active, so once the car goes into sleep mode it stops sending data.
But at least you can retrieve where it was parked, and check the connector state.
I might add some charge history support to it, it is part of the new CSV data set also.
Let me know if people would like that and how.
Any idea how/when the update is done in polestar? I’m trying to use this in charging automation but it seems to be so unreliable with the values that i cant get flows working correctly. For example i have 2 ev cars. I’m trying to get state from polestar if it´s plugged and use right ampers and phases for this car. If it says it´s not plugged the go-e charger will use the other car values and starts to charge.
I´m also confused with Tibber. Should i have a Tibber account with this app?
No Tibber is not part of this app. Why do you think it is?
The updates from car to cloud are sometimes delayed. It is hard to be in control.
From cloud to Homey is interfall based every minute.
In the recent API update by Polestar they removed several measurements, like chargeport states and active kw charging speed. Since this API is not a public API, but one the community found its way into they dont tell us their timelines. So I do not know if and when this information gets back into the API.
I keep my eye out for that info myself
The start post is no longer maintained, I’ll ask Homey if they can assign it to me as current maintainer of the app.
