But as mentioned the device is working and after some restart of the app the red triangle will be gone.
Really odd, have you submitted already report to Athom ? I still believe this has nothing to do with the app itself.

Yep, me too. Product id SML003, no issues with sensor SML001. Mostly after restarting Homey.
In my case both types sml003 and sml001 have the same problem. And as mentioned if i reboot homey i have this red triangle (but all flows are working) after about 15 minutes i restart the app and all red triangles are gone.
same here with the SML001, did make already a report to Athom

Since a day or 5 I’m having extensive issues with the app.
Sort of like described here previously but different.
(Homey Pro 2019)
It only affects sensors.
It affects SML001, SML003 and SML004
Some sensors just don’t give any new info since 5 days.
Others show the dreaded red triangle.
New batteries, app restart or Homey reboot. Nothing helps!
This seriously messes up my automation.
What can I do to troubleshoot.
UPDATE:
I managed to get back to normal operations after:
- Switching back to the official version.
- Switching back to the test-release because I need support of some newer sensors versions.
Question for Johan, when do you expect to release the current test version in GA?

I would also like to use the hue tap dial switch, but it is not pairing yet. is it possible to add it?
Will the Hue Sync box ever be added as a device in The Philips Hue Zigbee (Without bridge) app?
I have it now connected with the Philips Hue app with Bridge but there are a lot of features missing.
For now I have a Harmony Companion remote and have added the sync box to harmony as well. In the Harmony app the sync box has much more options so I use them from there if needed.
Because my remote is old and not working as good anymore I’m considering a new remote but than I will mis all these Sync box options.
If the Sync box with all these options can be added to this app that would be great.

The functionality given to the Philips Hue app is based on Philips Hue devices themselves and not all friends of Hue and devices supported by the original app are supported by this app. That also partly has to do with what Signify makes available to work with.
I’ve added your wishes to our internal list for feature requests, but I’m afraid it will either not be possible or will not be prioritized due to its complexity. But know that it is noted and will be looked into.
That was months ago and I’m not holding my breath on it. 
Feature requests are always registered by Athom, but rarely fulfilled. I have requested feature requests more than 2 years ago and have not been implemented until now. This is about Scene Activation on a Fibaro device. Some devices are already equipped with it, others not.

I don’t see why I would have it in this app, it would not be able to control a light that has been paired with homey.
Hi @johan_bendz , yes and no. If you combine it with a Hue gradient strip like it is supposed to, than the Sync box can control that strip with all kind of things.
Personally I would miss some of these options (not all off them off course) when my Harmony doesn’t work anymore later on.
But if you don’t see the point of adding the Sync box, I have to accept that.
