I support this version AC3737/10 , don’t know your firmware version?
saw I don’t get a response back from your philips air. can you check your wifi network and ip adress.

Thanks for the quick reply! Wifi is an enterprise Cisco Meraki, no firewall rule set for these devices. The IP is reserved (so it wont change in the router) for the AC3737/10. Which firmware version should I check? The purifier’s firmware version from the Philips Air+ app?

Hi there Edwin, was wondering if you can help looking into the weird error “CPU Warning Limit Reached” im getting the last few days.

I noticed this thanks to Flow Checker will note variables become unavailable at that point.
For now I am restarting the app after which all seems to work normally.

If I can do anything to debug feel free to let me know.

EDIT2; PS: To chime in in regard to AC3737/10, as im a AC3737/10 user here as well, but it has been working great for … well since I first asked for support on it in the past through Edwin. In my case device firmware is 1.0.4 (which is the latest if im not mistaken), mine has a fixed ip from the router btw.

EDIT3: Got feedback and it was the IP not being reachable on my end. SO guessing Wifi is fluctuating a bit. Thanks for the headsup and will resolve this on my end for sure. Thanks again Edwin!
