saw I don’t get a response back from your philips air. can you check your wifi network and ip adress.

Thanks for the quick reply! Wifi is an enterprise Cisco Meraki, no firewall rule set for these devices. The IP is reserved (so it wont change in the router) for the AC3737/10. Which firmware version should I check? The purifier’s firmware version from the Philips Air+ app?

I noticed this thanks to Flow Checker will note variables become unavailable at that point.
For now I am restarting the app after which all seems to work normally.

EDIT2; PS: To chime in in regard to AC3737/10, as im a AC3737/10 user here as well, but it has been working great for … well since I first asked for support on it in the past through Edwin. In my case device firmware is 1.0.4 (which is the latest if im not mistaken), mine has a fixed ip from the router btw.
EDIT3: Got feedback and it was the IP not being reachable on my end. SO guessing Wifi is fluctuating a bit. Thanks for the headsup and will resolve this on my end for sure. Thanks again Edwin!

I was wondering I have a AC3221/13 connected in the Homey App. I can see all values but I cannot turn it on or off or control other settings. Any Ideas?
did you install the test version of the app ?
No I did not. Did not find it. Normaly when adding /test after the app URL a test version will appear when available. But it seems not available. Can only get version 1.0.77
Anyway it does not work under version 1.0.77

Yes It seems to work, have not tested all features, but I can turn it on and off and change the speed.

My Philips AC2889 works normally in Philips Air+, but Homey receives no status data and cannot control it. The Homey device uses “Purifier >= 2020”.
I power-cycled the purifier, enabled “Add 60 seconds delay”, restarted the Philips Air app and waited over 90 seconds. All values in Homey remain empty and on/off does nothing.
The purifier responds to ping and HTTP locally, but 20 direct CoAP sync attempts to UDP/5683 received no response. Homey and the purifier are on the same local network and subnet.
The same basic problem also affects an AC1214, but this report was captured while testing the AC2889 only.

Model HU4210 (HU4210/04) humidifier only same problem as the poster above. Can add to Homey using the IP but cannot control it and no values.

Edit: I used the wrong IP. With the correct IP I get some info, but I cannot use power on/off and humidity target.
Edit 2: I tested with aioairctrl directly and writing works locally, so the device does accept commands:
set -I D03128=30 changes the target humidity.
It looks like HU4209/00 just needs adding to the model lists next to HU1509/00 and HU5710/00, so the app uses the D-keys instead of pwr/rhset. (HU4210 seems to be the marketing name)
what device in the app did you use ? so this is a humidifier only.

I used the “Purifier + Humidifier >= 2020” device type. I didn’t see a humidifier-only option in the pairing list. And yes, HU4209/00 is humidifier only, no purifier: no PM2.5, no allergen index, no TVOC, and no HEPA or carbon filter. Only pre-filter (D05207 = 360 hours).

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Philips Air Purifier AC2889.
Since a recent firmware update on Philips’ end, the device is no longer reachable in Homey or Apple Home. The device tile in Homey continuously displays a red “No response” (Keine Antwort) banner.
Here are the details and current firmware numbers:

Official App Status: The air purifier works completely fine and without issues via the official Philips Air+ app.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken: I’ve attempted all common troubleshooting measures (restarting the app, re-adding the device, restarting Homey and the router, resetting network settings), but unfortunately without success.

Setup Error: When trying to re-add/set up the device, I get an error message (please see attached screenshot.

Card Selection Question: Could you also check if I selected the correct device card during the setup process? (please see attached screenshot.
Any help or insight into whether API changes/protocol adjustments occurred with firmware 1.0.7 or how to get the AC2889 working again in Homey would be greatly appreciated!
