[APP][Pro] Philips Air Purifiers & Humidifier app - Healthy air, always

check ip or your firewall rules.

Hi @Edwin_Biemond
I’ve got 2 Philips Air devices.
The first one I bought (3400 - AC3421/13) works great and can be controlled. My second device (3200 - AC3221/13) is recognized and shows all information, but cannot be controlled.
Both are in the same WLAN as the homey.

Would you kindly add it?

Thank you for your Support

Did both, they are not the problem

Hi, I have the 2-in-1 AC2729/10 and I added it to Homey with the right IP address. Is this model supported? I get an error: Not able to get the shared secret key, please re-add the device and check if the IP address exists. I have checked the IP address through my router’s connected devics.

Thanks for your reply

I managed to get it to work, I had to add it as a Purifier + Hum >= 2020 model!

Thanks, worked for me as well!

Hello Edwin_Biemond,
my AC3221/13 still cannot be controlled. When I turn it on / off in the Philips App on my Phone, the homey pro recognizes, that power switched on/off. But I cannot switch it on / off via Homey.

Is there any information I can give you that will help you adding this device?

my newest report is: 006441a4-2d2d-44e0-82ce-6451c4eefbb6
I updated to the newst test release of your app already (1.0.64)

Hi,

I have the cx3550/01 fan and some how it works on off with the heater product you make.

Is there a possibility that you can do something more with this code or is it lucky that this works?

I have an AC3221/13. The connection with the device is working properly. Unfortunately, the power on/off function is not working. The sensor information is being received correctly. Changing the color of the LED ring also works.

I have just created a report:

Hey!

I have an AC3420/10 Filter/Humidifier.

All of it’s parameters are reporting correctly. Control does not work.

Would be great if you could have a look when you get a chance.

Thanks!

Hi,

First of all, great work on the app! I was wondering if it would be possible to add support for the AC0951 model?

This model is a slightly simpler version — it does not have an air humidifier and has fewer sensors compared to the models currently supported. I imagine this might make it a bit easier to integrate, but of course you know best!

Would love to be able to use this device with Homey. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help, such as providing additional device information or testing.

Thanks in advance!

I don’t have 1 or someone in the neighborhood. maybe when it is hot or some good deal I can buy 1

can you send me a diagnostic app report instead of a homey 1. I will add the device when I see it

hey

mostly those devices don’t have a local connection, only cloud plus hardware is not so great and will break devices of ac3000 etc when such device is added.

Hi @Edwin_Biemond ,

I have the Philips AC0951/13. I have added the device using the MAC- and IP address. When I view its device settings, I do see all values correctly, they update as well.

I can add flowcards but they seem not work. Am I doing something wrong or is this device not supported (yet)?

Hi Edwin,
Thanks for looking in to this.

Hey Edwin,

I tried to add the ā€œphilips air purifier 600 series (AC0650)ā€, see report: c53444e9-ae7b-4f93-b63c-8aca58d3c7a6 - saw some messages about before and haven’t found a fix (yet).

Hi Edwin,

First of all thanks for building this app for us

I’m using this app for a while now with several Philips Air purifiers (3x AC3200 & 1x AC4200). The app is working properly, but it’s crashing multiple times a day for no reason. You’ve told me that multiple devices can make the app unstable, so I removed all air purifiers and only have the AC4200 connected at the moment. But even with one device it keeps crashing.

I’m using a TP Link Deco system and have an assigned IP for the purifier. Do you, or other forum members, have any advice for me to prevent the app from crashing? Perhaps some settings in the Deco system which can help with the stability.

Thank you for the help!
