Please note, beside my 2 Nuki Smart Lock 2.0, I also have a Nuki Opener connected to the same bridge and I was able to add it straight away via Nuki Direct without any issue. For the Smart locks, I also tried by entering manually the token but unfortunately without success.

When I install Nuki directly via HCS (3.0.7) I get the message “no new devices have been found” This problem seems to be fixed in v3.1.0. It is just not available via HCS. If I install it via CLI then I can add my Smartlock.

Unfortunately then it does not receive any information such as battery status. Also actions like locking and unlocking does not work. I get the error message “Could not get device by id”.

I’ve seen several posts about this, but I don’t know if there is a solution for this by now.

Homey Pro 2023 version: 10.0.0-rc 105
Nuki direct version: 3.1.1

Could you place your version on Github as well? Since the Community Store isn’t working at the moment I would like to install the app via CLI.

Does anyone have a Nuki Smart Lock running on Homey 23 with Nuki Direct 3.1.1 without error: “Could not get device by id”?
If so, what is the trick to make it work?

I would like to ask, did I understand correctly that it is possible to pair the Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro with the nuki direct version 3.1.1 application without a mustk.
And if so, could someone here give me advice or refer me somewhere. Because it keeps throwing me an error loading the request (when pairing).

The latest version that is now available doesn’t seem to work. We have to wait till a new version is uploaded.

Too bad the app isn’t maintained anymore. Hopefully an update will arrive including Nuki Smart
Lock Ultra and Nuki Smart Lock Pro.Those work without bridge.

The Nuki Direct app seems to offer some functions the Athom app doesn’t provide.

Nuki Direct is for local bridge support with the local api. The new devices does not have local api support.
