Nissan Connect app for your Nissan Leaf 2019+. After some frustration I ported my HA settings to a Homey app. Now open for testing. Most likely works with Arya as well, but I haven’t tested that yet. Feedback is always loved!

Flows, triggers, values.

Custom pull intervals for when the car is charging vs not (power saving). See stats, update, persistent AC (stay on for X minutes) etc.

I have connected my Ariya to your app and I have really waited for this for a long time. So thanks.

But I’m not receiving all data (se picture. Fx. I’m Charging but get no Charging Power) and triggered information is not always showed in the event list when it happen, like ‘locked/Unlocked’ ‘Door/Hatch open/closed’.

Great that to like the app :sparkles: Regarding all info, it’s the same for me. There is two things to remember regarding this app;

  • No official API or integration exists. I found some detuals that there might be eg. Battery Temperature coming back, but I’m not 100 % Nissan gives that, and if they do how they do it. This is a best attempt, hope it works.
  • Updating data requires pulling from the API, the API then has to wake the car up to het latest data. It’s a developers nightmare really. So don’t rely on this being up to date as in “unlock car” and the Homey app updates instantly.

We’re limited by Nissans data-design, and unfortunately it’s no easy fix. Hence the setting to get the app to pull more frequently (potentially draining the 12V battery).
