Dear evdpol, thank you for all your work on this app. I have been using this app for nearly 3 years now, almost to my full satisfaction. However, I still miss the ability to set the temperature below 18°C during longer absences, also known as “vacant property mode” (leegstaand pand modus). I scrolled through the forum briefly and several people have requested this, since I requested it myself 2 years ago. It would therefore be a welcome addition for me and others, and I hope you will reconsider adding this feature.
I will try the "vacant property mode” and see how that works and if it can be implemented though the API.
In the Smart-M-Air app I can see the electrical usage of my airco. Is it possible to show it on the Homey as well?
I updated the FAQ in my first topic post regarding vacant property support.
I will let you know when the test version is available.
Will be available in the new version of the app which is in review by Athom (1.4.6).
After installing the new version the airco’s were unavailable. Delete and adding the devices solved the problem. The energy usage is now available in the energy tab. Thanks for the new functions!

Set-up ok father update can’t control thé device
Thanks for continuing to develop this app, @evdpol ! It’s great that energy values now seem supported. However, my ACs, which have been off for some days now, continue to report the same daily energy kWh value every single day, sometimes using even more than my entire home did that day in top consumers. Might this be a bug in the app where the daily energy usage doesn’t reset, or something like that?
It was working fine on my self-hosted version a couple of days ago, but now on my Homey Pro, I’m stuck. It’s stating control the device and reset the Wi-Fi module. Home Assistant and other apps work fine with my three WF-RAC-enabled air conditioners. Got things like humidity and temperature.

Found this app today thanks to the guy who installed my AC’s. Works great in Homey, but in Apple Home not so much. Both AC’s are pushed through Homekitty. I can only change temperature, but can’t choose cooling, heating etc. Any way to fix this?
Dag allemaal,
(Failed to save Cliënt)
Alvast bedankt
Kleine update.
Inmiddels hebben beide binnenunits een static ip.
Maar helaas blijft de foutcode
Reset the WiFi module, as stated in the message and here.
It doesn’t mention this for fun…
Don’t know how to make this any more clear, the solution is right there…
You have already 4 accounts registered on your unit, so it is in read-only mode now.
Keep it English please, so others can understand.
You have to read the manual of your airconditioner or seperate WiFi module (depending on your setup) on how to reset it.
I was able to reset everything and add it again, and everything seems to be working. Thank you!
Finally i’ve found a moment to reset my last AC. It had 4 phones active, so it did’t react on Homey.
But, now it’s working again! ![]()
