As I just added my car to mercedes dev, what do you mean by “van” on mercedes dev? Can you share a screenshot?

I could choose between car and van as I was adding the API:s to my project. Can’t repeat it when I fiddle with them now, and it all came online after about 12 hours. Very happy to have charge status in my Grafana Dashboard.

Hi,

The Mercedes has not updated any data to the homey app for 22 hours. My charge flow needs to get SoC from the HV battery to calculate charge time. This will not work now. Tried repair from the device, and restart of app. neither helped. any advice?

Could you enable the log on the on the Configure App screen and send it to me so I can see why it’s not working.

Looks like a lot of internal server errors, so I guess Mercedes have some issues. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Did you receive the logfile I sent from the app?

As I mentioned, all the other apps integrated with the API are working. It is just the homey app that is offline.

Yes, I got the logs and it just shows “XX Error: Internal Server Error” for each call, which is the error returned from the Mercedes servers. Unfortunately, I have no way to know why their servers are having issues with the calls.
Do the other apps use the same API or are they commercially connected with Mercedes?
One thing to note: if the other apps are using the same API / credentials, they could be consuming the allowed number of calls, however, that does produce a different error message.

As I no longer have a Mercedes I can’t confirm if this is a general issue or not, but I haven’t had any other reports yet.
The only thing I can suggest is to try recreating the Mercedes API account information and re-enter it into the Homey app.

I have the same issue, internal server error. Last update seems to be 3 days ago.

Could you use the Contact link in Mercedes–Benz /developers – The API platform by Mercedes-Benz to ask Mercedes if the is an issue with the API server as you are getting a reply of ‘Internal Server Error’ to API calls

It should be ok now. I have disabled the app in Homey, will try to activate it again.
