Never forget maintenance again — Homey tells you when it’s time.
Test the smoke detectors, clean the air conditioner filters, give the washing machine a hot cleaning programme, service the boiler, lubricate the 3D printer, clean the gutters… Add your items once and Maintenance Monitor reminds you.
What it does
- All maintenance in one place — 25 item types (smoke & CO detectors, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner, ventilation, boiler & heat pump, 3D printer, robot vacuum, coffee machine, pets & chickens, cameras, solar panels, car, house and more), each with suggested tasks and intervals
- By date or by usage — every X days/weeks/months/years, or link a Homey device and count:
- running hours (e.g. power > 40 W → lubricate 3D printer after 200 printing hours)
- number of runs (e.g. washer status In use → clean the drum after 30 washes)
- a device counter (e.g. Litter-Robot: deep clean after 250 clean cycles)
- …or both: “after 30 washes or 2 months, whichever comes first”
- Notifications when a task is due soon, due or overdue — each step only once. Tap Done and the interval starts again
- One overview device with a red dot when something needs attention — your appliances don’t show up twice in your device list
- Dashboard widget with a Done button
- Flow cards: A task of [item] is due / due soon / overdue · [item] has open tasks · Mark [task] as done · Postpone [task] · Increase counter of [task]
- Wizard to add items, in Homey’s own look and feel · English and Dutch
