On my site I had 31 panels, 30 with a red exclamation mark in Homey and one panel deleted in Homey for testing purposes. This afternoon the 30 exclamation marks were gone. I had to “add a new device” twice and login twice before the last panel showed up after some extra waiting time. So may be you have to wait a while a little more between the steps when adding a new panel?
Updating to v1.1.4 this morning solved my issue right away. Thank you @Tim_Wilkinson
It’s working for me again too.
After entering the Enphase username and password, give the app a moment to search for all inverters. I went to the next step too quickly, which meant not a single inverter was selected.
All inverters are updated every minute.
Aaaah that was the trick! I completely dismissed this app due to not being able to find any inverters. Turns out, waiting like 10 seconds after authenticating did the trick.
Maybe a suggestion for the app maker(s) to change to text after signing in from No inverters found, to Searching or Waiting for connection or something like that.
Deleted en reinstalled the app and logged in while trying to add new devices, and waited as suggested some time, but got a timeout notice after 30000ms.
Currently not at home, but I might try to connect the gateway to my router instead of the modem (worked fine earlier and still connects the gateway via Enphase app though).
it is also working again on my side. After filling in the credentials it takes a while the load the content on the next page
Now I’m home again, I connected the gateway to the same switch and router as Homey is connected to. And I gave it a fixed IP. Switched the gateway of (due to a power outage) en turned it back on: no succes. Deleted the app, restarted Homey, installed the app. Still no succes. Everytime: timeout notice “30000ms”. Also tried it without a static ip for the envoy. Any thoughts?

Deleted the app. Installed it 24 h later, tried to at the micro inverters: succes!
thnx!
The app worked for me for over a week, until I started getting exclamation marks next to all inverters. Restarting the app doesn’t change anything, even not restarting the Homey device.
Deleting the entire app and reinstalling it results in not a single inverter being found anymore.
I’m experiencing the same now! Deleted the app again and wil install later.
Deleted the app several times, with a homey restart and installed it back 24h later. No succes.
Hi Tim, I have an issue with IQ Insights v1.1.4. All 16 Enphase IQ microinverters in Homey are showing “Unavailable”. The Enphase system itself is working normally and currently producing power. The Envoy is Ethernet connected with a fixed IP of 192.168.20.5 and is reachable locally. The Homey Bridge is 192.168.20.115 and is on the same 192.168.20.x network. I have restarted IQ Insights and Homey with no change. IQ Insights configuration contains my Enphase credentials, but pressing Save Changes simply dims the button and does not complete. I have created a Diagnostics Report: 676fdd3c-b445-4d08-a600-1f644ec433. This has happened before, although I don’t remember what resolved it. Could you please check the diagnostic report and advise?
Are you sure it’s the IQ Insights app and not the official Enphase app? Community apps aren’t supported on Homey Cloud (even with the Homey Bridge), so I think you’re using the official Enphase app?
I’m using Homey Pro, not Homey Cloud. IQ Insights v1.1.4 is installed and is showing all 16 individual Enphase IQ microinverters as Unavailable. The official Enphase app is also installed separately and is working normally. The Envoy is Ethernet connected on 192.168.20.5, and the Homey Bridge is 192.168.20.115 on the same network. I’ve submitted a diagnostic report to Tim.
Same here. I think it started after the last Homey uodate 16 July 2026.
I think the app no longer working is related to a firmware update of the Enphase inverters and/or IQ Gateway.
IQ Insights is not actively maintained, which is why I switched to the Enphase Controller app. I use the following devices: Envoy/IQ Gateway and Enphase inverters (with the advantage that all inverters are in one device, instead of a separate device per inverter).
I installed this app too, it does work. Pitty that the serial nummers are not displayed, so I cannot group the panels by orientation.
I also have the apps Zonnepanelen (broken) and Enphase (running). So that makes a total of 4.
Just getting a little bit tired changing apps, configuration and scripts. ![]()
I had the same comment on the Enphase Controller forum. The developer’s response:
I agree with you.
If i used 2 or more apps for using them with my Enphase systeem, one of the 2 apps were missing data. And not each time the same app and also not every day.
I have 2 Homey’s, not for this problem, a HP19 and a HP23 and both are running a different Enphase app and there is no missing data.
