French School Holidays helps you automate Homey around the French school calendar and regional public holidays — using official government data.
Perfect if you want quieter mornings during vacations, different heating/lighting schedules on public holidays, reminders before the kids are off school, etc.

What it does
- School vacations by zone: A / B / C, Corsica, overseas
- Regional public holidays (not only Metropolitan France)
- Dashboard widget — today’s overview at a glance
- Homey UI in French & English (calendar labels stay in official French by default, optional English)
Setup (30 seconds)
- Install the app
- Open Settings
- Pick your school zone + public holiday region
- or tap Suggest from Homey location
- Save
Default if you change nothing: Zone A + Metropolitan France.
How data works
- Official calendars are cached on Homey
- Vacations cache: up to 90 days · Public holidays: up to 180 days
- Nightly recalc around 00:05 Paris time so your Flows stay up to date
- Works offline while the cache is valid
