Captcha is broken for me…
I’m trying to create a login on console.faceplusplus.com/register (using an email adress) for a API key.
Click on send button and get a pop-up with a text field and a broken captcha image… renewing the captcha image does nothing… Any advice?
Today the captcha works but theres no verification code… Am I supposed to get is after the captcha in a popup or in my email?
Edit: No wait… captcha broken again.
FYI, issue FINALLY fixed by Athom after … 8 months since reported. In the meantime, had to switch to some alternative but anyway, good to see it’s fixed.

Hello I,am trying to get this work but mine Chines is not that good, so as mine English.
I have the Face++ on mine iPhone and when I add a face it doesn’t,t stay in the app.
Is there some workaround to do this

Probaably the secure Api isn’t correct. Try copy the API on a computer/chromebook from console.faceplusplus. ai had the same issue. Drove me crazy.
Can someone help me. When I push nmy doorbel I need ro check if itś somebody. The app works and I have created a face labeled Paul.
When I make a flow it states Doorbel pushed → Make snapshot
The Face++ then card Search Faces has also Original label (eg Cam1) Can I create my own label or is it the name of the face I have created in the settings of the app

Bedankt voor het aanbieden van deze app!
Ik heb het volgende gedaan, maar hij doet het helaas niet…
- Face++ app gedownload op Homey
- API KEY en API SECRET voor ios aangemaakt en in de app gezet in Homey op mijn iPhone
- Gezicht geupload in faces met een detection quality van 90,629 met als label Matthew
- De onderstaande flows aangemaakt
Helaas als ik voor de deur sta dan herkend hij mij niet en krijg ik geen notificatie. Hieronder staan de logs:

Ik gebruik BTW een Aqara Video Doorbell G4 die ik via de HomeKit Controller app van Homey beschikbaar heb gemaakt. Op de deurbel zit standaard al face recognition, maar helaas heeft de HomeKit Controller app deze triggers niet. Om die reden probeer ik het op deze manier.
Try sending the image ‘motion’ to yourself in flow 2. Check if the image has a face in it, and that the face has enough pixels in it. You might have to take multiple snapshots to capture the face at the right moment.
I Want to Buy a good smart Doorbell Camera that when it detects my face. My Doorlock will unlock Automatically.
Any Premium Doorbell Camera that might work with this app?
