@Jos_Vp correct as it is a battery doorbell :slight_smile: (even if you wire it to 12v) Snapshot only work well for the E340 if you connect it to a Homebase, standalone doesn’t work with snapshots

Haha, yes, but there is an exact same doorbell (dual camera) in the homey eufy app that says wired, but thank you and much appreciated. Both my doorbell as well as my S330 cameras are connected to the s380 homebase, which are all connected to homey, but none of them pass a snapshot picture through …
