@martijnpoppen there are some good deals right now on the Eufy vacs, both X10 Pro Omni and C28 Omni. Doubting to buy the C28 Omni but I read it needs to be connected in the regular Eufy app instead of Eufy clean.

You already created the Eufy Security app (which is of course the regular Eufy app), is connecting the C28 not based on same protocol or really different as you mentioned?

If C28 doesn’t work with Homey then I guess X10 is the way to go. Do you expect any C28 connecting sometime soon or that Eufy will keep it blocked due to the new encrypted protocol?

@Julian_Jonker I don’t expect the C28 to work soon, both Security and Clean have some issues with adding new devices, this all has to do with the new Eufy 5-in1 app (previous security app).
I’m already working on it for several months to find a way to let these apps work the same as the Eufy 5-in-1 but no succes yet

But don’t know what the scenes are doing. They do not match the app not with “gemeenschappelijke…” Thanks for the help.

Scene one will start deep cleaning the whole house atm.

@Xa4 scenes are trial and error at the moment
You have to figure our which scene corresponds with your presets.

Hello Martijn.

It seems that the moment after mopping and it start washing and drying the mop it gets the status “vacuuming”. The moment i stop the drying of the mop in the eufy app itself it gets the status “At dock”, but as soon i start the drying of the mop again it gets the status “vacuuming”. Is this a fault in the eufy api? Or can you solve this?

This problem is seen on my eufy omni S2.

When I place a “and” flowcard with “The vacuumrobot is vacuuming” this is false when docked at the basestation, but becomes true when i dry the mop in the eufy app.

@Pieter_Pessers the base station is not known in Homey at the moment as i couldn’t decrypt that, so that might be the issue, I’m not sure if i can fix that

Understandable. Thank you for looking into it. My solution on this moment is to also use the omni S2 with matter on homey. Matter is reporting the right way.

I have the same issue on my Eufy X10 Pro Omni.

I run two schedules each day late in the evening when it is dark. The X10 seems to get confused using its own light, so I built a flow to turn the relevant light on when it starts its clean. The first run, a vacuum, it turns the light on and when it returns is shows as docked and it turn the lights off again,

About 15 minutes later, is the start a mop run, the lights come on, but when it returns to the base station and starts cleaning the mops, it continues to show as cleaning and the lights remain on.

I’ve tried “stop” and “return to dock” without sucess.

Hi!

Is there any support for the eufy Robotic Lawn Mowers (e.g. the C15) planned?

In the official eufy Android app those are also listed under the “Clean” section, so it would make sense having them added to this app.

If you need help or testing I could maybe help out since I’m also an software engineer and wrote some Homey Pro apps for my local devices :slight_smile:
