Hi,
I had an “issue” that the X10 pro’s were initialising.
Reinstalled the app on the homey pro and everything was quickly solved.
When trying to re add the flow, I can only choose vacuuming, if I was correct there was also the option to vacuum and mop before this happend.

Are there more people that has a red exclamation mark with the error:“device unavailable - Robovac is initializing… This may take a while!” I tried to restart the app and login back into the account. Then it is saying: “Searching for devices… This may take a while.” But it doesn’t work.

Having the same problem, both Robovacs have a red exclamation mark and have an error saying the device is unavailable and initializing.
It is good to hear i’m not the only one. I think they changed something on there server that broke the smarthome connection. I contacted eufy and they gave me a answer of where i don’t know if they removed the support for smarthome, or if they think that this was never possible, from what we know it did work.
Already send a log to the developer. I hope he will find a solution.

@Pieter_Pessers Eufy patched their API. It’s now same as the new security (5-in1 app) API. Which I also didn’t manage to decrypt. At the moment it seems we’re quite stuck ![]()

See above. This is a temporal fix. For now it looks like everything works. In the meantime I’m trying to get the new API to work. Let’s hope this stays online for a while ![]()
