envisalink for vista is now available in homey test for honeywell, ademco, and resideo vista alarm panels connected through an eyezon envisalink.

the app connects homey pro directly to envisalink over the local network. home assistant, mqtt, and a separate bridge are not required.

current beta features;

  • vista partition status; ready/not ready, exit delay, armed modes, alarm, fire, trouble, battery, tamper, and ac state
    • individual door/window, motion, and generic zone devices
    • flow support
    • local reconnection and status refresh
    • optional arm away, arm stay, and disarm controls
      important testing notes;
  • this is a monitoring-first beta. we do not have physical vista hardware locally, so we need real vista/envisalink testers.
    • leave alarm control disabled at first. verify partition and zone monitoring before entering a vista user code or enabling arm/disarm.
    • vista tpi does not report an explicit entry delay state, so the app does not guess one from keypad beeps.
    • vista can omit some zone-closure messages; the app handles uncertain state conservatively rather than falsely reporting a zone safe.

Installed for a couple of weeks now, Although I havent tried any flows, I can only report that all zones of my vista panel and envisalink 4 showed up and respond accordingly. In fact I would say the response from door/window sensors as well as the motions respond super quick.

Reports like yours are exactly what we need as we prepare to move the vista app out of testing and toward publication.
