good news for the vista users in this thread, including vaxpilot.
we have published a separate envisalink for vista app to homey test;

it connects homey pro directly to Honeywell, ademco, and resideo vista panels through envisalink over the local network. home assistant and Matt are not required.
this is a monitoring-first beta because we do not have physical vista hardware locally. please begin with partition and zone status, and leave arm/disarm disabled until monitoring is verified on your panel. vista api also does not provide an explicit entry delay state, so the app does not invent one.
