In the Circuits block, a P1 meter put in a group no longer counts as use of that group, because it measures the whole house, and the settings no longer offer it for groups. In the Battery use block, charging with no known source (sun or grid) now shows as its own grey part of the bars.
Version 0.2.28 is on the test channel. Devices with a use estimated by Homey, such as lights without a power meter of their own, count again in Devices now and Circuits. Devices now has a last grey line with what Home uses beyond all devices together: use nothing measures, or meters that did not update at the same moment. And with the app PV Forecast installed, and no Forecast.Solar set up in the settings, the dashboard shows its expected kWh for today and tomorrow. The power chart also leaves out P1 readings above what your connection can carry.
Version 0.2.33 is on the test channel. A lot was added since 0.2.29, thanks to rikadoo on Tweakers, whose own dashboard was the inspiration.
Two new blocks you switch on yourself with the pencil. Yearly bill shows whether you will pay extra or get money back against your advance payment, with a fitting advance payment and when your contract ends. Use per hour is a heat map of your use, solar or the grid over the last four weeks.
For the yearly bill, enter your advance payment and the start of your billing year in the settings. If the dashboard has not measured a year yet, also enter the use and the final readings on your last yearly bill, so the estimate is much closer.
There are also tags for Flows (surplus to the grid, solar surplus, home battery, off-peak rate now, costs today and tomorrow’s solar), Dutch public holidays count as off-peak, and a single-phase connection is recognised.
And from 0.2.29: solar yield from a counter that stays put for hours and then catches up in one step, such as the day counter of Zevercloud, counts in full.
New is the Grid CO2 block. It shows how clean the electricity from the grid is right now, per quarter of an hour, with the forecast for the rest of the day, the cleanest 3 hours and how much CO2 your import caused today. The data comes from Energy-Charts (Fraunhofer ISE) and works at least for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy and Luxembourg. You add the block yourself with the pencil.
With a dynamic gas contract, today’s gas price now shows in the Electricity price block, with the price from 6:00.
There are two new tags for Flows: grid CO2 and gas price. You could for instance start the dishwasher when the grid is clean.
And in Circuits, the bars through the day are now light at a low load, and long circuit names no longer run over the bars.
