@Bug which app version?
Hi Martijn. I uninstalled the app from the phone and reinstalled it. Logged in to PC account that functions fine. If I want to log in to the app phone again, I get the message too many incorrect passwords and I can’t test your app. Let’s fix this first.
@Ben ah yeah probably you can try again tomorrow ![]()
It upgraded yesterday to 1.18.3.
The previous version was updating fine ![]()
Will have a look @Bug
@Bug Oh ![]()
I already tried the new ID API for the non id cars.
Something went wrong with pushing the app
In your case you can install the live version instead of the test version. Then i’ll try to make a fix tonight ![]()
1.16.0 updating again ![]()

I tried this morning this morning but same issue.
But I noticed I am still on versie v1.16.0 and no updates last day.
So probably have to wait for the new version to be available
@Ronald_den_Otter make sure to install the test version. It wont auto update

Just installed test-version (1.18.2 - not 1.18.3?) and I get as far as ‘Getting Data from server’. Then ‘Error - To change the login…’
Seat Hybrid 2021. Logged out of phone app and back in again. Logged in and out of web. No problems.
Tested version 1.8.2. It failed after Collecting Data.
When I went over de API helper in App, select New API Cupra, Old API Cupra and VW id, but all gave
No VIN found.

@Ronald_den_Otter in that case not much i can do for now. We have to wait until the library is updated.

Martjin, can you explain shortly what the “update interval” and “force update intverval” times really do?
Is that the update interval the homey app uses to refresh status against the audi api or the interval for the car to update information with audi servers?
Sometimes it really takes long for the homey app to get the “plug connection changed” event… by far longer than the 5 mins “update interval”.
TIA
Torsten
@Torsten_Sturm the normal update interval takes the info from the API which the car updated. For example the odometer while driving.
But sometimes a refresh from the car is needed. Thats the forced update interval. Lowering that value might cause issues with the accu/battery
Hi @martijnpoppen , my eGolf stopped updating 3 days ago,but HA integration continues working (I have them in parallel for oast 3 months).
Anything usefull in the logs?

API helper returned back data without problem so not sure what the issue is. I’m on 1.18.3…
Thank you
@Sharkys that would be the same as this: [APP][Pro] We Connect / myAudi / MyŠKODA / My SEAT / My Cupra - #1776 by martijnpoppen
Thanks, reverted to Live version and it’s working fine now. ![]()
