[APP][Pro][DEPRECATED] We Connect / myAudi / MyŠKODA / My SEAT / My Cupra

Yes every ID is the same. The info/control at the moment is quite limited. There should be some improvement in the future, but I’m not holding my breath for it.

There are still a lot of info missing from VW. I have heard that they will extend the functionality shortly

Still looking for people with:

When trying to add the ID device I get through input credentials, input S-PIN, the inclusion says “getting data from server”. After that the inclusion ends and it goes back to input credentials screen.

Tried to remove the app and install it again. No help there.

With previous versions I were able to add the ID3 device.

Any suggestions what to do?

@peltsi51 Oh that’s strange.
The pairing process didn’t change :thinking:

Can you share a diagnostic report?

I might have some issue with the credentials. Can’t log into we connect id app on android anymore. The IObroker still works with same credentials. I’ll PM the diagnostic report still.

Yeah looks like it’s not connecting indeed.
It’s failing to get the login url :thinking:

I just tried with the ID4 i got and same result…

Checking it :slight_smile:

@peltsi51 Think I broke the login :stuck_out_tongue:

Fixing it :smiley:

Fast work! :muscle::+1:

When I tried to logout and login again in the android app it complains that I have tried to login too many times with wrong credentials. Is the VAG app in Homey causing this?

It should not. It’s doing the same as ioBroker. However if you tried multiple times it might throw that error yes. As the login couldn’t succeed (because I broke it :see_no_evil: )

But I think @Sharkys told me VW blocks you quite quickly

@peltsi51 Login is fixed.
Due to the changes in the device the login was broken.
Made one commit this morning which broke that functionailty :frowning:

Unfortunately the test link is broken again.
I’ll try to get it up today again

Does anyone know how long is the reset time on VW servers to try again after many failed attempts. :wink: :rofl: :crazy_face: :grimacing: :weary:

2019 Skoda fuel available. If you need data?!

@Thomas_W Oh yes! :smiley:

Do you have the ioBroker instance running?

if not you could install ioBroker and connect the vwconnect plugin.

Or if you want share your car with me via an invite.

I only running Home Assistant. Don’t like to install ioBroker. I’ve no problem to share my account with you…

Got the app running with ID3.

Some things I noticed:

  1. Start charge and Start climatisation buttons don’t work. Error: “Missing capability listener:
    remote_climatisation”
  2. Trigger card “Temperature changed”? What temperature is this?
  3. “Is vehicle at home” don’t work because the ID doesn’t give the location. At least yet.

Some wishes for the future.

  1. Climatisation
    a. Button for stopping also
    b. Action card for starting and stopping
    c. Temperature setting action card
    d. Status in device and with text tag or true/false tag
  2. Charging
    a. Button for stopping also
    b. Action card for starting and stopping
    c. Status in device and with text tag or true/false tag
    d. Charge power status in device and with number tag
    e. Trigger cards charging started, charging stopped
  3. Plug
    a. Status in device and with text tag or true/false tag
  4. Range
    a. Range changed trigger card
  5. Update interval minimum value to 1min as in IObroker.

All in all, keep up the good work! :muscle:
