IMPORTANT NOTE
This app requires that your Daikin air conditioner is equipped with a WiFi adapter (either model BRP069A-- or BRP069B–). This app does NOT support “Sky Air” ducted/ceiling models, models that are/can only be controlled by Daikin’s Residential Controller app (which was introduced in January of 2021) and/or models equipped with a C type (i.e. BRP069C4x) WiFi adapter. This app does not function on Homey Bridge.

The good news is that Athom teamed up with another developer to develop an ‘official’ Homey app to support Daikin equipment that uses the Daikin Cloud through WiFi adapters like the BRP069C4x, available here https://homey.app/en-us/app/climate.onecta.daikin/Daikin-ONECTA/.

Next to the above, your Airco’s and Homey Pro should be in the same IP range, i.e. homey 192.168.0.24 and your airco 192.168.0.25.

Has anybody upgraded to the last firmware, aka 4_2_303 ? I’d hate if it prevented me using this app and force me to use Daikin’s limited cloud

Yes i updated my new adapter BRP069B4x to this firmware. Daikin AI on homey works. It just missing options like status indicator, on/off indicator, humidity control, fresh air on/off. Switching streamer also reverts to Off when i set it to On. Also this turns off the unit itself Maybe because the adapter doesn’t recognize my ururu sarara inside unit.

mind that i still need to figure all this stuff out as it just got installed and activated.
